The Center for Development of the East Planning Region on the 12th and 13th of September in the Conference Hall of the Multimedia Center "Kiro Gligorov" in Stip is organizing the International Conference "Good Practices for Regional Development in the East Region".

On 11.09.2019 in the premises of the Municipality of Probistip was signed the Agreement between the Center for Development of East Planning Region and Promonting DOOEL Skopje for Construction of Regional Tourist-Scientific Museum for Rare Minerals "in Probistip. The project is part of the 2019 annual list of projects from the Planning Region Development Program.

An agreement was signed on September 4, 2019 for the implementation of the project "Cultural Bridge through the Ages".

The project "Cultural Bridge through the Ages" is funded under the INTERREG-IPA Cross-Border Cooperation Program between the Republic of Bulgaria and the Republic of N. Macedonia 2014-2020, in which the Lead Partner is the National Habitat "Georgi Todorov 1885" from the Municipality of Belica, R. Bulgaria and the Center for Development of the East Planning Region, as second project partner.

The foreseen project activities should be implemented within a period of 24 months, until 03.09.2021.

The total value of the project is around 406,000 euros, of which the budget from the Center for Development of the East Planning Region for the realization of the foreseen activities is about 185,000 euros.

In the period from 26-29.08.2019, a delegation from the Municipality of Zalec and the Savinja Development Agency visited the East Planning Region. The purpose of the visit was to promote the mutual friendly, professional and professional international relations between the two regions, as well as to extend the current cooperation between the municipalities belonging to the regions, institutions, business sector, civil society organizations, etc.

Center for Development of East Planning Region is launching a tender procedure for RECONSTRUCTION AND ADAPTATION OF MULTICULTURAL CENTRE in Kocani, Republic of North Macedonia with Ref. № CB006.2.21.028/01. The tender procedure is under the implementation of project “Our common past-road to the joint future” - CB006.2.21.028/01 with financial assistance from the Interreg - IPA CBC Programme Bulgaria – North Macedonia Programme 2014 - 2020. On July 29, 2019, in the premises of the Municipality of Probistip, the Head of the Center for Development of the East Planning Region and the Mayor of the Municipality of Probistip signed an Agreement for joint realization of the project "Construction of a regional tourist-scientific museum for rare minerals".

On July 24, 2019, in the premises of the Municipality of Stip, the 2019 Cooperation Agreement was signed between the Ministry of Local Self-Government and the units of the local self-government from the East Planning Region, founders of the Center for Development of the East Planning Region.

ON PROPOSALS OF ASSOCIATIONS FOR IMPLEMENTING PROJECTS FOR SUSTAINABLE USE OF NATURAL RESOURCES IN THE RELIABLE AREA OF RIVER BREGALNICA

The Center for Development of the East Planning Region informs that in relation to the Public Call for Proposals of Associations for Implementation of Projects for Sustainable Use of Natural Resources in the Watershed Area of ​​the River Bregalnica, Ref. no. 05-299 / 2 of 03.07.2019, the Evaluation Commission reviewed and evaluated all submitted applications according to the selection criteria and concluded that no application was in accordance with the objectives of the call and it will be re-published in the following period.
