On February 11, 2015, the Centre for Development of East Planning Region signed the Contract for preparation of "Guide for investment in East Planning Region" within the project" Establishment of Business Center for support and consulting services for small and medium enterprises in East Planning Region ".
On 02.11.2015, at the Centre for Development was signed a Memorandum of Cooperation between the Centre for Development of East Planning Region and Rural Development Network, a project which is implemented by the USAID project "Adapting agriculture to climate change" in the East Planning Region.
Centre for Development of East Planning Region and Municipality Vinnitsa on January 22, 2015, officially opened the refurbished and refitted facility "Turkish Bath" in the Gallery for promotion of archaeological, cultural and ethnic features of the East Planning Region - the result of the project "Promotion the wealth of "differences" and preservation of cultural and historical heritage in the function of regional development". In the newly opened multifunctional cultural center, on the ground floor is placed Gallery (for organizing exhibitions), and provide space for the presentation and exhibits from the archaeological site, Vinica Kale Fortress. This section appliances an office for on-line video surveillance of Fortress "Vinica Kale". At the top floor is prepared a hall for meetings, seminars and workshops that will be put into operation and use of the municipality, NGOs, businesses and other institutions of East planning region, and two double rooms, which in the future will serve to accommodate the guests of the municipality, smaller delegations, artists and other guests in the East planning region.

The Programme for preservation of nature in Macedonia is a project that will develop a number of strategic documents such as studies, strategies and othes of all areas relevant to the development of the East Planning Region. These strategic documents at the level of the East Planning Region are almost non-existent or have but do not cover the entire region or made long ago. One that will give a great contribution to the study of biological diversity is "Analysis of gaps in environmental data and preparation of maps of environmental sensitivity of the area of the confluence of the river Bregalnica."
As part of the development cooperation between Macedonia and Slovenia, the Slovenian embassy organized a workshop to support and strengthen the capacity of the Macedonian national and regional level management infrastructure projects funded by the European Union. The workshop was held in the restaurant "Tri Bireri" in Skopje on 16 and 17 December 2014.
One of the activities in the project "Programme for Conservation of Nature in Macedonia" is to strengthen the capacity of the Centre for development planning of the East Planning Region. For that purpose, representatives of the Centre for development of East Planning Region participated in the Seminar "Internal and external audit of EU funded programs and projects." The seminar was held from 24-26 November Street in 2014 in Barcelona, Spain.
The Regional Economic Development in Macedonia (GIZ RED), which is implemented by the German Agency for International Cooperation (GIZ) supports balanced regional development in Republic of Macedonia from 2008.
In the frames of South East Europe Transnational Cooperation Programme, PPP4Broadband project partnership has been working for two years for developing new tools for South-East Europe territories with no or very weak broadband internet coverage. It is proven that broadband gap has a negative impact on economic growth and social cohesion.
The work has come to its end and results were presented during the PPP4Broadband Day on 9the December 2014 in Brussels, in the heart of Europe.
