On the 23rd of December, the Center for Development of the East Planning Region and its project partners, the Municipalities of Probishtip and Kochani, met at Podpeshki in the village Zletovo to promote the completion of the ”Construction of an Eco trail connecting Lesnovo village in Probishtip and Pantalej village in Kochani”
On the 17th of December at Juovec in Berovo promotion activities for the “Integrated tourist offer along the ICT” were held. Knowing that a portion of the Iron Curtain trail runs through our Region, we must highlight the need to promote the natural beauty and uniqueness of the micro-region Pijanec-Malesh, and the entire East Planning Region.
На 30 септември 2010 година (четврток), од страна на Центарот за развој на Источниот плански регион е направена посета на локацијата за отпочнување со реализацијата на проектот „Изградба на колекторски систем с. Митрашинци“ со цел да се воведе во работа од страна на Надзорниот орган Изведувачот на работите „Аквамонт-инг“ и одбележи официјалното отпочнување со градежни работи на овој колекторски систем. Овој проект е одобрен за финансирање од Бирото за регионален развој од средствата за 2009 година. Градежните работи се во тек и се очекува да се завраши до крајот на месец декември оваа година.
There was a study tour in Bulgaria on 23-25.09.2010, organised for the mayors of the East and South-East planning region and the managers of the Centres. The study tour in Razlog, Bulgaria was organized by GTZ RED and the Association of Municipalities of Southwestern Bulgaria. The study tour "Regional economic development through regional management” is of particular importance, bearing in mind the experience of partners from the Republic Bulgaria in the implementation of projects financed by EU funds.

На 17 септември 2010 година (петок), во општина Кочани (Осоговски планини, туристички комплекс “Пониква”), со почеток во 14:00 часот се оддржа четиринаесеттата (XIV) Седница на Советот за развој на Источниот плански регион. Пред почетокот на седницата Претседателот на Советот и Градоначалник на Општина Кочани, Г-дин Ратко Димитровски, присутните ги покани на свчено отварање на нови простории за едношалтерски систем во општинската зграда на Општина Кочани.
The Centre for development of the East planning region signed a contract with construction company Bauer BG-DOO for the implementation of the project: “Asphalting of the road from Pantalej village to Rajchani village”, on 17.09.2010 (Friday) in Kochani. This project is one of 9 (nine) projects approved by the Bureau for regional development in 2009, and implemented in 2010.
The GTZ RED office in Shtip, and the Centre for development of the East planning region, represented by the manager Mrs. Dragica Zdraveva, had a meeting with representatives from the Faculty of Informatics, University "Goce Delchev" – Shtip on 15.09.2010 (Wednesday). They defined the guidelines for implementing the project "Regional TV Network in East and South-East planning region”. The project will be implemented in coordination with the Centers for development of East and South-East planning region, media from both regions and with financial support from GTZ RED program for regional economic development in Macedonia.
On the September 14, 2010, The Centre for Development of East Planning Region held a public debate on "Study opportunities for regulation of river Bregalnica (mini reservoirs, dams, cascades in the Council Hall of the Municipality of Shtip. The debate was attended by the mayors from the East planning region, Professors of the faculties of UGD, representatives from several offices for development, representatives of NGOs, experts from this field, as well as representatives from URC, elected for elaboration of the study.
The Centre for development of the East plannign region and the Tourism chamber of commerce have signed a memorandum of cooperation on 28.07.2010.
The Memorandum contains the following postulates and agreement for joint implementation of the following activities:
