Centre for Development of East Planning Region is continuously working on bringing the entrepreneurial spirit among young people, residents of the 11 municipalities in the region. In order to strengthen the entrepreneurial skills of young people between the age of 18 and 35, the Centre for Development of the East Planning Region and the Regional Business Center in CDEPR in cooperation with Gestalt Solutions Shtip, started the second School for Innovation and Entrepreneurship held in the municipality Kocani between 30^th of March and 03th of April 2016 .

Centre for Development of East Planning Region through the project "Establishment of Business Center for support and consulting services for small and medium enterprises in East Planning Region" establish a Business Center for support and consulting services for small and medium enterprises in the East Planning Region. The project is implemented with technical and financial support of the Ministry of Local Government and Development Programme of the United Nations (UNDP).

In order to strengthen the entrepreneurial thought and entrepreneurial works among the residents of the East Planning Region, especially among young people, from 14 to 18^th March 2016 in Delchevo held the first of two anticipated Schools for innovation and entrepreneurship.

Following the idea and vision to enable young, talented and ambitious people in the region to upgrade and improve their skills, develop their creativity and entrepreneurial skills, Centre for Development of the East Planning Region and the Regional Business Center in CREPR in cooperation with Gestalt Solutions Shtip, provided the conditions in which, through lectures, simulations, real-life examples, illustrations, practical exercises and training, the participants were familiarized with the practical aspects of doing business, entrepreneurship and innovation.

The established Business Center aims to increase the region's competitiveness by supporting SMEs and entrepreneurship, which is also noted as a strategic priority in the development of the East Planning Region (2015-2019). In this regard, the implementation of 2 five-day Schools for innovation and entrepreneurship for 50 participants - residents of the East Planning Region, which will be implemented by the Centre for Development of East Planning Region and Gestalt Solutions Ltd., Shtip.

Business center for support and consulting services for small and medium enterprises in the East Planning Region, which aims to increase competitiveness by supporting SMEs and entrepreneurship, on February 23, 2016 in Shtip held the seventh informative event for the business community of entitled "Managerial skills for the growth of small and medium enterprises."

The informative event aimed presentation skills for the growth of small and medium enterprises, with an emphasis on information and tools to be used for that purpose.

In order to get to relevant information that will enable private sector growth in the East Planning Region, the Business Center for support and consulting services for small and medium enterprises within the Centre for Development of East Planning Region on 10^th February 2016 held its sixth informative event . Theme of the event titled "SME PROJECTS WITHIN THE PROGRAM HORIZON 2020" was the EU Horizon 2020 program.

The final press conference for the results of the project "Networking of multimedia centers in the border region more creative" was held on 12.15.2015 in hotel Izgrev, Stip. The project results were presented by the project team in front of sixty visitors from national and regional electronic medias.

The press conference was attended by members of the project team, journalists, representatives of the municipalities of Goce Delchev and Stip, representatives from the national reading and other interested citizens.
